The Smart Life app is an app that lets you manage and automate smart devices via your smartphone or tablet. Here are the basic steps to use the app:

1. Download the Smart Life app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Create an account or log in with your existing credentials if you already have an account.
3. Add devices by clicking on the "+" icon in the app. Follow the instructions to connect the device to the app and your Wi-Fi network.
4. Manage your devices. Once your devices are added, you can easily control them through the app. Turn them on or off, set timers and discover many more handy features.

In the Smart Life app, click on the lamp you want to set. Click "More Actions," then click "Timer" in the lower left corner. Set the timer when you want the lamp to turn on and/or off. You can also do this by using scenes.

To reset a Smart light, connect the lamp to a standard fixture. From the ON position, turn the lamp OFF for about 5 seconds and then ON, OFF, ON, OFF, ON. If the lamp now flashes, the pairing mode is active.
